- 5. The surface finishing of JUUL charger: Pending. Our opinion is no making any coating on the surface, because after using many times, the rubber or UV coating will be damaged and ugly on the surface.
- Confirming the real product sample of JUUL charger.
- The sample will have no battery and PCB inside. It is the same making as the 3D printed sample you received but total different. The sample will be extremely like mass production.
- After confirming the real product sample of JUUL charger, we need to start to make molding for mass production. (It will last about 25 days). Before making molds, you have to pay molding payment.
- After finished molds, I will make one golden sample/real sample with battery and PCB as mass production. Then we confirmed this final sample.
- After confirmed this final sample, we start 10K pcs order. As I explained before, the battery is customized, the MOQ should be 20K pcs. Here I will bear the cost of 10K pcs battery in warehouse. The delivery time is about 30 working days. Payment terms is 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment. This is customized order, so please forgive me require 50% deposit, cause I will also bear the cost of 10K pcs battery stock.
