Since Apple released the new iPhone 12, the entire wireless charging market has continued to focus on the introduction of magnetic wireless charging products, and various styles of products have dazzled people. Belkin, as Apple’s official long-term cooperation brand, is also constantly launching various styles of 7.5W magnetic wireless charging accessories. Today WOKOO DESIGN will bring you the disassembly of one of the magnetic wireless charger WIB003, Let’s go.
一、Packaging and Looking
The product models and features are printed on the bottom of the front, which can wirelessly charge the entire iPhone 12 series.
The selling points and usage scenarios of the product are printed on the back, and the iPhone 12 can be charged wirelessly no matter which direction it rotates.
Open the package, and wirelessly charge the dust-proof plastic bag.
The package contains wireless charger, instruction manual, warranty certificate, etc.
The product adopts PC material plastic shell, the surface is frosted and polished respectively, and the overall style is very simple. The wireless charger comes with a USB-C input cable, and most PD fast chargers on the market can be well adapted for power supply.
The plastic shell of the thread end is also frosted, and the Belkin brand logo is gravure printed.
The junction of the cable and the wireless charger has been treated with bending resistance.
The whole bottom of the fuselage is pasted with a non-slip rubber pad, which is very stable during use.
The non-slip pad is also printed with wireless charging parameter information and serial number, made in Vietnam.
Model No.:WIB003
Input:5V2A、9V2A、12V1.5A
Output:7.5W
The products have passed CE, EAC, KC, NOM, NYCE and other certifications.
The top surface of the base and the front surface of the support plate are designed with a bright surface.
The front of the top surface of the base is equipped with belkin brand.
Seen from the side, the wireless charging board has a certain inclination. After the mobile phone is adsorbed, it can be charged and watched, and the user experience will be better.
The wireless charging board is in the shape of a lotus, which looks round from the front and has a matte surface.
There is a charging indicator on the top.
Put the iPhone 12 Pro Max on it and it can be adsorbed for wireless charging.
The wireless charging input power is 9V 0.87A 7.8W.
二、Dismantlement
Tear off the non-slip rubber pad at the bottom, a counterweight iron plate is provided at the bottom, and six screws are encapsulated and fixed.
There is actually nothing but the iron plate at the bottom.
Disassemble the shell of the charging board, and there is a magnet ring on the inner edge, which is composed of 18 small magnets.
The coil is fixed on a black plastic board, the center is equipped with a thermistor for temperature monitoring, and glued to fix it, and the plastic board is fixed with screws.
A wireless charging circuit board is fixed on the back, and the connecting wire core is glued and reinforced.
The USB-C port controller adopts Huinengtai HUSB238, which is used for interface input voltage control. This is a minimalist USB PD sink (PD receiving end chip, also called PD decoy chip) chip, which has passed the USB-IF PD3.0 certification, and the TID number is 3666. HUSB238 withstand voltage up to 30V, very low power consumption, extremely simple to use, transmission rated power up to 100W; compatible with PD3.0 V1.3 and Type-C V1.4, and can also support BC1.2 DCP, CDP and SDP And Apple 5V2.4A charging agreement.
HUSB238 supports 3*3mm DFN-10L package and can be used for electronic devices with traditional barrel connectors or USB micro-B power connectors, such as wireless chargers, drones, IoT devices, smart speakers, power tools, smart Household appliances, small appliances, electronic cigarettes and other portable devices.
The function of the step-down circuit is to adjust the corresponding voltage to supply the power level of the wireless charging according to the demand, so as to realize Apple’s fixed-frequency and voltage-regulated wireless charging support. The buck converter adopts MPS MP2229, built-in MOS design, and the peripheral is streamlined.

Disassembly Summary Of WOKOO DESIGN
Belkin’s magnetic wireless charger is based on a white design and looks very simple. It comes with a cable length of 2 meters and a Type-C cable. Yes, most chargers on the market can power it. , More worry-free and practical. It has been tested that even the largest iPhone 12 Pro Max can stably absorb and perform 7.5W wireless charging normally, which meets the daily charging needs of the iPhone 12 series.
WOKOO DESIGN Disassembly,Wireless charging is not only simple in appearance, but also very simple in internal structure. A counterweight is fixed at the bottom of the fuselage, and all functional modules are integrated in the top charging board. The input end of the product uses the HUSB238 protocol chip to get power, and the built-in MPS MP2229 step-down converter is used for step-down to meet the needs of fixed-frequency voltage regulation. Belkin’s wireless charger uses Volta Semiconductor’s one-stop customized solution, and the wireless charging architecture is implemented by Volta NU1509+NU1009A.
If you need to customized the same specification or similar as this, we can help you develop that and make it more cost-effective than Belkin’s one.
