The body shell is disassembled, and the edges are encapsulated with buckles.
The PCB board is fixed with screws, and the wireless charging coil is fixed on the battery core, and is protected by foam.
A thermistor is fixed on one side for temperature monitoring.
Take out the PCB board and the battery core, there is a protective foam inside the body shell, and there is an isolation board at the junction of the corresponding circuit board and the battery core.
The metal feet are fixed with screws, and you can see that there is insulation tape on the corresponding area of the PCB board. The details are particular.
The front of the PCB board is covered with a brass heat sink to reduce the temperature rise during charging.
Remove the heat sink, the main control chip and the inductor are also pasted with thermal pads to help conduct heat.
